Do I need to provide ID or personal details?
No ID, no account. Email is optional and only used to send your order link.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin, on-chain and Lightning, and Monero. Other coins work too: Trocador at checkout swaps them automatically.
Does the data eSIM come with a phone number?
No. It is data-only: maps, browsing, apps. It will not receive calls, SMS or bank OTP codes. Buy the eSIM with Number if you need those.
Is my phone compatible?
It needs eSIM support and it must be carrier-unlocked. Open Settings and look for “Add eSIM” or “SIM Manager”. Phones bought on a carrier contract are often locked, so check before you buy.
How and when do I get my eSIM after paying?
You get a private order link with the QR code and activation details. The eSIM with Number is ready immediately; a data eSIM is usually ready within minutes of your payment confirming.
What if it does not work? Can I get a refund?
Email support@simsup.com first. Most problems are a quick reinstall or an APN fix. Not installed yet? Refund or replacement within 7 days. Once installed it is treated as used. Full terms at /terms.
