We keep as little as a purchase allows: no account, no tracking, no profiles.

What we hold, and why

• Order data (which eSIM, status, activation details), to fulfil and support your order. Basis: contract.
• Email, optional, only to send your order link. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
• Payment in Bitcoin or Monero via BTCPay Server. We see the payment to your invoice, never card or bank details, and no identity is attached. Basis: contract.
• Short-lived server logs for security and abuse prevention. Basis: legitimate interest.

We keep records only as long as support, refunds, and tax law require, then delete or anonymise them.

What we don't do

No cookies, client-side scripts, analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or automated decisions. We never sell data.

Sharing

Provisioning an eSIM on our carrier networks needs only the plan code, so we send our network operators no personal data, no email, no name, nothing that identifies you. Payment runs through BTCPay with no identity attached. We share your personal data with no one, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, port, or restrict and object to your data, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Contact us with your order link.
