Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of eSIMs from simsup ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. We provide mobile connectivity over our carrier networks, whose coverage and service depend on the local operators that run them.

What we sell

Data eSIMs (prepaid data for a region or country) and dedicated eSIMs (a mobile number with data, and where available SMS and voice). The plan size, coverage, validity, and price shown on the product page at checkout apply to your order.

Your device

eSIMs only work on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked devices. Check that your device qualifies before you buy; we cannot verify it for you. Once an eSIM is installed or activated, it cannot be moved to another device.

Payment

Prices are in EUR and paid in Bitcoin (on-chain or Lightning) or Monero. The amount is quoted at checkout and valid for a short window. Your order is confirmed once the payment settles (on-chain confirmation). Under- or over-payments, or payments sent after the quote expires, may delay or invalidate an order; contact us if that happens.

Delivery

eSIMs are delivered digitally, no account needed. After payment confirms, your QR code and activation details appear at a private link. That link is your only way in, so keep it safe. If you gave an email address, we use it only to send you that link and order notices.

Activation & validity

Unless the product page says otherwise, a plan's validity starts on activation (first connection to a network), not at purchase. Once activated, it runs until its data or validity is used up. Unused data does not roll over.

Refunds

eSIMs are digital goods for immediate use:

  • Not yet installed or activated: you can ask for a refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase.
  • Already installed or activated: the eSIM is treated as used and is non-refundable.
  • Faulty eSIM: if it fails to provision or connect through a fault on our side or the provider's, we replace or refund it. Contact us with your order link and a description.
  • Not covered: incompatible or locked devices, wrong device settings, no coverage where you are, or buying the wrong plan.

Approved refunds are paid in Monero to an address you provide. We are not responsible for losses from an incorrect refund address.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. No fraud, abuse, or spam, and no activity barred in the country of use. You are responsible for local laws and any fair-use or roaming limits set by the underlying network. We may suspend service for breaches.

Service & liability

Coverage, speed, and availability depend on third-party networks and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you are unaffected.
