How are simsup eSIM rates billed?
Data is billed per GB (per MB on premium networks), SMS per message, and voice per minute for inbound and outbound calls. You pay from a prepaid EUR balance topped up with Bitcoin or Monero.
Which currency are the rates shown in?
All rates are shown in euros (EUR). You top up your balance with Bitcoin or Monero, no account or ID required.
How often do the rates change?
Rates are refreshed daily from our carrier partners. The last updated date on this page reflects the most recent sync.
Do these rates apply to data-only eSIMs?
No. This sheet covers the dedicated number eSIM. Data-only eSIMs are sold as fixed-price bundles per destination, chosen on the home page.
Why is voice unavailable in some countries?
Voice on the dedicated number is carried over 3G. In 14 countries, among them the United States, Japan, Australia, Switzerland and Singapore, operators have retired 3G or deployed it thinly, so calls will not connect. SMS and data are unaffected. The coverage map marks these countries and the rates table shows voice as unavailable.
Does it cost anything to receive an SMS or a call?
Receiving an SMS is free. Inbound calls are charged per minute at the rate in the “Voice in / out” column for the country you are in.
Do these rates apply abroad, or only in Estonia?
Abroad too. The number roams, and you pay the rate listed for the country you are in rather than an Estonian rate.
What is the minimum top-up, and does my balance expire?
Top up from €1, plus a €1.00 processing fee. Your balance does not expire. Top-ups do not extend the number’s validity: renew that from your eSIM page.
